The Verdant Compass Institute
The Verdant Compass Institute was forged through a decade of leading complex operations in the world’s most challenging environments. Our curriculum is built on a decade of experience managing complex operations in challenging environments, from the United States military to global counter-human trafficking missions.
Directing small-unit operations across the globe, managing remote operations in West Africa, and pioneering strategic initiatives in East Africa, our cadre have been proven in some of the world’s most volatile environments. This experience has developed a level of expertise in the exact skills taught here at The Verdant Compass Institute.
As life-long adventures we aspire not only to continue leading teams in austere environments, but to also provide opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations to conquer challenges, develop skillsets, and grow in character.
The Verdant Compass Institute was founded to bring these operational frameworks to others. We strip away the unnecessary complexity to deliver practical, battle-tested leadership and wilderness education, enabling individuals, teams, and other organizations to navigate their own unknown horizons with certainty.
